Dr. Ziad Blaik received his medical degree in Cairo, Egypt from the Cairo University Faculty of Medicine in 1980. After relocating to the United States, he completed his neurology internship and residency at the St. Louis University of Medicine. Dr. Blaik also attended the Mayo Clinic/Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, where he completed his Clinical Neuromuscular Fellowship. From 1987-2001, Dr. Blaik was an assistant, associate and clinical professor of Medicine (Neurology) at the James Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University. During this time he also was the Director at the Muscular Dystrophy Clinic of East Tennessee. Dr. Blaik was awarded "Best Teacher of the Year Award" from the Department of Internal Medicine at East Tennessee University in 1988 and 1990. Dr. Blaik is currently an Attending Neurologist at Baylor University Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas, as well as, UT Southwestern Department of Neurology.
Jacek Sobczak, MD

Dr. Sobczak is originally from Poland, where he received his medical degree from Warsaw Medical School. After relocating to the United States, Dr. Sobczak completed his Neurology Residency and Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Sobczak also completed his sleep disorder fellowship at the University of Chicago. After working in private practice from 2004-2006 in Nashville Tennessee, Dr. Sobczak relocated to Scottsdale, AZ and will be managing the Sleep Center of NeuroDiagnostic Laboratories.
Jeffrey A. Becker, DO
Neurologist
Dr. Becker has been practicing medicine since graduating Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993 and completing his internship in internal medicine at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Becker attended University of Cincinnati Medical Center for his neurology residency. In private practice, he worked with Neurological Physicians of AZ from 1997-2004. Currently, Dr. Becker is the medical director for Neurocare of Scottsdale and is in practice with NeuroDiagnostic Laboratories. Dr. Becker is actively involved in the American Academy of Neurology as well as the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
